Welcome, and Thank You for your interest in renting with Eco Engineering!  We are proud to service your residential needs.  There are terms and conditions we ask that you review before renting with us.  They are as follows:

• You must  pass a Criminal Background Check.  Prospective tenants with a criminal background will be taken under consideration circumstancially.  
• You must submit a small Application Fee to cover the expenses of running the necessary C.B.C. per applicant.  If you will be using a Co-signer on your individual application, that fee will double to account for both checks being run.  Fees are subject to change.  Invoices for Application fees will be sent to you via E-mail for your approval before any charges are made.
• Prospective Tenants with past evictions may be subject to pay a larger security deposit.
• Monthly rent payment options:
  ----- EPAY using eCheck through Secure Tenant Portal (no additional fees charged)
  ----- Money Order ($10 processing fee charged)
  ----- Cashiers Check ($10 processing fee charged)
  ----- PayPal ($20 convenience fee charged)
  ----- Credit Card - Visa, MasterCard, Discover ($20 convenience fee charged)
  ----- NO CASH NOR PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED!!!
• All fees are non-refundable.
• A credit check is required, however we do not base our leasing approval decision on your credit history.
• If you have a pet(s) living with you in one of our properties, you must submit an additional pet fee of $200 per pet.  Limit of two pets per household.  No pets over 30lbs.
• No Utilities are included in rental cost.
• We do require one month's rent, and security deposit of equal value to be paid at  the time of lease signing/ prior to occupancy.
• Submitting an Application for rental/ Application Fee does not reserve the property for you.
• For your security and comfort, all online payments are made securely by using a third-party payment service.
